Turk Schonert's lack of knowledge of what to do with the talent at his disposal is quite glaring. Also super predictable playcalls and formations. Any formation besides shotgun we are probably running it straight up the middle for no gain. Don't worry, we'd rather have a running game based on tricks and shotgun formations because we are just so innovative!
