It's the "Curse of Flutie"

It all started with his benching before the Tenn game. Nothing good has happened since then.

It was the Curse of the Homerun Throwback.

There's no curse. The Bills have just sucked bad for the past 10 yrs.

True. Flutie was slighted by Ralph and for that Ralph may never see a winning team. Flutie's efforts got us to the playoffs and then Ralph benched him. I have never seen that in sports and Ralph is still paying for it.

I can work with curse of flutie. Lets get this going. In 50 years, it'll be as popular as the Cubs' curse.

It's the Curse of having Ralph Wilson as an owner and nothing more. We lucked out that had a smart GM in place for a few years in Polian who wisely selected Bruce Smith over Doug Flutie in 1985 and was smart enough to convince Ralph to sign Jim Kelly. Otherwise this team would have never had it's glory days.

If it wasn't for Bill Polian, the Bills might've left in the 90's. Think about it, it's true, IT'S SOOOOO TRUE!!!

Doug Flutie was very instrumental in helping the Bills stay here too, probably even more so.

It's the curse of the Indian graveyard. Until we tear the stadium down and move it downtown, to Batavia or to Niagara Falls....the curse will continue to haunt us.... :scared:

Good luck trying to get a new stadium in this economy.

...something that wouldn't even have been a scenario had Flutie started, IMO. The Bills would've won handily and gone on to win the Superbowl. Instead, the path of horror and blood was chosen, and we live it to this day.

Exactly! And we all know who to blame for that one....Thanks Ralph! You benched the starting QB for a piece of **** QB that almost won a game that we most likely would have won big if the real starter was in. :sigh:

The city of Buffalo is cursed in so many ways other than sports teams...

i think the curse of flutie, is that we signed him he played here, cared about nothing but his own stats and the team has been :curse: since he came here. was the start of the barely even mediocre qb carosel. damn the "f" guy, i usually even refrain from stating his whole name my hated for him is sooo deep
