A coordinator or two and an assistant or two get fired. Some retread gets brought in to replace him. Everything seems to turn around...the draft looks really good...the Bills come out 2-1 in the first three....and then we slip right back to 7-9.

I picture a scene more like Mularkey's last days. A bunch of confusing press conferences. Then getting rid of Jauron late. Bring in another proven loser--who will be that much more behind because the old man dragged his feet.
