    1 winning season!!!!

A coach that starts 5-1 should be allowed to have a job in the NFL.

This is exactly why I've been *****ing about Jauron since the day he was hired. Everyone was talking about how Bellicheck was so bad in Cleveland and that Jauron could be the next Bellicheck. Turns out that Jauron is the next.... Jauron. Wow, who saw that coming.

Limp Dick's QB during that time...

Chicago: Shane Matthews, Cade McNown, Jim Miller,Chris Chandler, Henry Burris, Kordell Stewart, Rex Grossman.

          Buffalo: JP Losman, Trent Edwards.

The Bears record before Limp Dick took over, 1997: 4-12, 1998 4-12. The Bears record after Dick left 5-11.

I think it's safe to say that Limp's entire coaching career he's never had a QB that was any good for any length or time.

NE is winning with Matt Cassell, who never even started in college.

Baltimore and Atlanta are winning with rookie QB's. Ben Rothlisberger won the SB his rookie year. Brad Johnson, Mark Rypien, Doug Williams and Trent Dilfer have Super Bowl rings. Jim Kelly and Dan Marino do not.

The quarterback can make a coach, or the coach can make a QB, but when you have neither, you get the results that the Bills and Bears have gotten from this clown.

I think it's Dick's inspiring and charismatic personality. How could you not be ready to go to war for this guy?
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

Ben didn't win the SB his rookie year, but yes, he was a young QB.

It's not that Dick hasn't had QB's. Sure that can be a reason, but he is the main reason for that. He should be able to identify talent and utilize it.

Bill Cowher had several playoff trips with Kordell Stewart and Tommy Maddox as his QB's.

So it's safe to say those teams had alot more talent on the roster around the QB.

The Bills roster lacks the supporting cast and the QB.

Can't blame Limp for that. That's on the GM.

oh the Bills definitely lack talent.

But when you watch how Jauron coaches in games- play calls, use of challenges, use of timeouts- it's pretty clear that coaching is a problem as well.

                            Please.

Jeff Fisher is winning with Kerry Collins.
Balitimore is winning with Joe Flacco.

Then you have Norv Turner can't even win with Rivers.

It's not ALL coach, but a lot of it is.

Did the Bears have the running game or the defense the Steelers had during Limp's time there?

Curtis Enis 916 yards 3 TDs
James Allen 1120 yards 2 TDs

                              A-Train 1024 yards 6 TDs

Do I need to bring up what terrible WR's they had also?
