He says we have a "solid group of guys". I have heard that 14 times this year.

He doesn't think it is unbelievable that we are out of the playoffs.

Dick took 4-5 questions and took off after hearing a question referring to playcalling.

I've said this before in another thread...Dickey has a say in EVERY play call in the ballgame. That is why he wears a headset, to hear the plays as they go in and to communicate with his coaches. He IS/WAS responsible for that call as he is responsible for everything this team does on the field!

While answering the question about the playcall, he fumbled around for a second before saying it was his "responsibility".

Funny, Schonert implied it was JPs fault. I also got the sense it was HIS call. Of course Dick is protecting him and I can't blame him. Turk called a hell of a game up to that point.


I honestly don't think Turk is the problem. He listened to his team when they said they wanted run the ball earlier this week, he just ****ed up one play and JP ended up costing us. I don't think he deserves the axe considering this is his first year.
