You can't as a player stand there and hear the coaches everyday of the week express their opinions and how they feel and then see the gameplan change for the worse of sunday. The mid-game adjustments have been just aweful and the coaches are like trying to beat themselves all the time.
The coaches get in front of the camera and have the fundamentals speech prepared but then on sunday let it all go. Pass when they should be running and running when they should be passing puts doubts in the players minds and it shows.
JP needs to be let go now, DJ needs to get a new position as a reserve defensive assistant to the towel boy or resign with diginity.
Offer Cowher a $6 Million a year job and $5 M Bonus with every conference finals game. Bill will clear the staff as he sees fit.
