In no particular order, after the first one:
1. Hiring Dick Jauron
2. Steve Fairchild
3. Letting London Fletcher go
4. Drafting Whitner and McCargo when we could have had Ngata and Mangold (ok, Whitner's a toss-up but Mangold was a definite mistake)
5. A whole litany of crap FA's: Reyes, Fowler, Tim Bowen, Andre Davis, Robert Royal... there are probably more but that's a brutal list off the top of my head
6. The Dallas game
7. Yesterday's game (Jets)
8. Horrendous use of timeouts and challenges that hasn't been fixed in nearly 3 seasons
9. Toronto
10. Putting Crowell on IR, not putting Schobel on IR sooner
11. Giving so much money to Schobel, Kelsay, and Denney
12. Repeated ineffective attempts to fix the DL
13. Giving up on the run game too early over and over again
14. Questionable red zone play calling
15. Generally being too conservative in the play calling, and taking poorly calculated risks at the worst possible times.
