I remember liking him coming out of college a couple years back. Played in the Senior Bowl and saw him in the combine. Not a bad stab, really.

We need to fill a roster spot and we take someone who played for the Lions? The theory that we are trying to suck is gaining more credibility by the minute...

Not a bad signing, but I still would have rathered a Center. I just hope this means they will attack Center in FA...

I hope you're right. And I hope the Lions haven't sucked the talent out of him.

Yay! Picking up someone who couldn't even crack the Lions roster the past couple years.

Genius!

Young and athletic, questions about motivation and strength if I recall correctly. Strictly a RT prospect.

We now have 5 tackles on the active roster
6 wrs since we still havent place Hardy on IR
We only have 3 healthy Cbs
why would we need a OT when he couldnt crack the Lions sorry i dont care about potential we got Chambers and Bell
we needed to address Dline or CB this is dumb

we'll need him next year since players seem to be dropping like flies under this regime almost every year.

Peters' replacement after the Bills let him walk this off-season.

You are getting really annoying with that crap.
Just sayin'.

The fans have made it clear that Peters is overrated and not necessary to the Bills future. Scott can't be much worse right?

No, this is a rock steady backup who will perform almost as good as our starter when (not if) he takes the field due to injury.

Its still holds true:

You get what you pay for

two games to go and no playoffs...they could sign Sasquatch, Nessie and the Yettie for all I care. Bring them in and try them out. The idea is to get better. If Parcells brought in a bunch of retreads everybody would think of them as all-stars.

To be fair though, there was a time when Scott was considered a guy who had all-star "potential." If they are going to sign an OT they probably got the right one.

Parcells could make retreads into all-stars... can Jauron?

at this point I would sign Mikey and clump if I thought they had potential.

Under that mentality the Bills should never sign anybody but proven SB winners and all stars...

I doubt it. He couldn't even outdrink me in Mansfield. You DID hear about the Baltimore trip of '04, didn't you?

I just remember him last year at the MNF game asking Historian to cook his pork for him.
