Mats Sundin is a Vancouver Canuck.
The 37-year-old free agent chose the Canadian club over the New York Rangers, agreeing to a deal for the rest of the season Thursday.

Good. The Rangers are stock piled enough. It only would've pissed me off more if they got him.

I thought the Rangers were right on the cap anyways. How could they have afforded him?

They were going to have to clear quite a bit of space. I keep reading that they need defense and might move Roszival. I guess that free agent signing of Dmitri Kalinin isn't working out so far.

Rangers would have had to trade several players to make room for him.
I'm glad he's out west. The only canucks that bother me are the ones at the Galleria.
