What in the world makes anyone think we can we a away game in the cold?? We practice one time in the cold, so we are ready?? If the Bills practiced outside all year through the cold / rain then I would say we are cold ready but as of right now, we have a bunch of dome pussies. We have lost our home / away cold advantage via club Jauron.

The dome was built in case the weather got too bad but not full time, now it's a easy excuse to cut corners and relax. The team will have plenty of time to relax in a 10 days, the whole off season.

Use Lindy Ruff as a example of how to motivate a team. When they lose, they get to skate all day long and when they win / they golf or relax.
