Just as a point of conversation. How much do you think Sam weighs ? I really don't think it matters right now but............

I am guessing about 320-330 and I am pretty good at weight.

i was thinking 360 ... the guy is 6'4 after all, so there's a lot of height to have a lot of width.

After Training camp, I hope he's at somewhere between 325 and 335.

And I hope his legs hold up throughout the season.

i have a friend that's 6'6", 330, and Sam is a heck of a lot more wide. 380-400

No way. Packers' Gilbert Brown is listed 339, though it probably means 350, is much fatter than that.

SCBF, I agree ... reading the listed waits of the big guys is just like asking a fat girl how much she weighs ... maybe one time in the last 4 years they were down to that weight, but they aren't anywhere near that weight most of the time.

During their Super Bowl years, the Cowboys OL used to average something like 30 or 40 pounds over their listed playing weight.
