Agreed.

Make room for Andre Rone and Sammy Morris. Jason Bostic also held his ground tonight.

Yes, Fisher is definitely out of there. Joe Burns, Rodney Wright, and Rueben Brown to the practice squad. Waive the hell out of the OL coach..throw in Williams too if you want, won't hurt my feelings.

Grant Irons had best make this team. He may not have big numbers, as far as tackles and sacks and what-not. But, he holds his point on the line and is never pushed backwards. He either pushes his man back, or holds the point, never was pushed back or knocked over.

I think Ostrowski has got to go.

Now if they cut JR, I'm owed an apoLOGy. :)

it seems that c.johnson has more dropped balls than receptions.

I'd say Kelly, Hull and Tasker should retire
Release B. Smith, Andre Reed and Thurman Thomas, let them come back and retire eventually.
Ted Washington has to go along with Marcellus Wiley...
NO wait......deja-vu...
I'm sorry..never mind
:stupid:

Johnson has had some good catches. If Travis Brown could throw the ball, he'd probably have a few more.

Jerry Ostroski (NO "W"...that other guy played for the 49ers) has already retired.

I didn't see anything from C. Johnson or Huntley that made me think they were any better than what we had already. At least Rone has some upside, and Morris (who might be the other guy contending fot the third RB spot looks like he wants to play. I don't despute what's been said about Irons, but I think he's going to be on the practice squad. Fisher is gone. Farris stays unless TD finds a gem OT on the waiver wire. Bostic was a little more visible than Thomas but Thomas gets a little extra consideration because he was a draft pick. It's a tossup as to which stays.

I disagree that Huntley didn't show anything more than anyone we already had. Aside from Henry (who only did it once), Huntley is the only player that had a decent running game. Now, I know that Morris showed more than Huntley because of his special teams play, but what has Bryson done that Huntley hasn't. It definitely isn't anything this preseason, unless of course you're talking about fumbling the ball. And it certainly isn't anything in the past because Huntley has had a significantly better career as a backup and an equal career as a starter. When everyone is talking, and rightly so, about our poor running game, why would we cut the only proven runner on our roster?
