Bell. the Bills are high on him and I watched him play very well for a rookie in pre-season.

He needs to put on about 35 pounds but he has all of the tools.

None of them will likely be "great". Otherwise, they wouldn't be on the practice squad.

They are on the practice squad because of bad NCAA seasons. There have been a few PS players who have came out very good for buffalo.

It would be nice if they found a decent starter from the group, but I'll stick by my prediction that none of them become great.

Bell isn't on the PS, he is on the roster. From what I recall hearing, because of his potential they didn't want to risk putting him there.

So, that might answer the question.

They are on the practice squad because of bad NCAA seasons. There have been a few PS players who have came out very good for buffalo.

They are on the practice squad because 32 teams didn't think they were ready for the NFL. Take away what you want from that...
