Actually, If Aneheim and New Jersey met, it would be the battle of second fiddles.......New York Sports radio never even mentions the Devils even though they play 6 miles from Manhattan, and Anaheim? :rolleyes:

I'm sure the marketing geniuses of the NHL will make sure all the games are played at 1PM weekdays and Saturday afternoons.

Some of us will watch...unless they carry out in July and we actually want to enjoy the outdoors...this league needs to learn to condense the schedule and get things going...we should be in semi-finals or finals by now.

It will be interesting since this is the last year of the TV deal. I would bet we see an end of the weekend afternoon game. And, as I was telling Ally yesterday, I still think Bettman is still being paid by basketball to keep hockey seen as the ugly step-child.

The league needs to be run by canadians. Bettman should have been shot for allowing no hockey night in canada on the last 2 saturdays.
