And what we likely do now

    Front Office:

No change. How can Ralph **** can a guy who has sold out every game despite having NO playoff appearances? Thats a fantastic job at selling a piece of crap... Just good business.

    Coaching:

If we dont keep Jauron, we bring in some newbie who hires:

A college teams QB coach as our new OC
A college teams secondary coach as our DC

The players who wanted to keep Jauron now immediately have respect for a newbie? Uhh huh.

BTW, Bobby April is let go

    In FA:

We dont sign Jackson because hes now earned good money and we dont like to pay guys, but afterall, we do have Omon so why keep him?

We dont resign Greer because we dont want to pay him either. We have Corner afterall and hes pretty good at tackling slow QB's... ohh wait.

We trade Peters because we think Chambers can be good enough... cough-we dont want to pay Peters-cough

And then we sign probably 2 or 3 second tier FA's claiming they are just fantastic pickups. Russ has several pressers with a big smile because he loves the challenge of "selling" this team as being a contender at rock bottom prices... gotta keep Ralphs checkbook in the black.

    In the draft:

We probably go CB in an early round considering McGee is coming into a contract year (we dont like paying our own guys remember)

We draft a pass rushing DE white guy in round 5, because hey Denney, Kelsay and Schobel are great players

    We draft a C in round 6

We draft a new LT in the 1st round who takes his entire first contract to become good and then leaves (we dont like to pay T money remember)

We skip LB in the draft and sign the next Kawika Mitchell

We draft the next Fine/Schouman at TE in round 5

And we take that extra pick we got from Peters and trade back up into the 1st round to take the next Losman/McCargo... we did get a 2nd and Chad Johnson for Peters afterall, even though Johnson sits out all next year because he wants a new contract that we wont pay for.

And Russ and the Bills sellout all their tickets, BEFORE THE SEASON STARTS, to fans anxious to see Chad Johnson in a Bills uni (he sits or just *****es about his contract all year).

We then end the season 4 and 12, since we have all new coaches who need to learn, all new schemes the players need to learn, probably a change in formation that causes a need for major player changes, and of course average play on the field.

I have to be negative right now, Im pretty burnt out... sorry.

That would actually require average play, something that a newbie cant guarantee until the team learns the new schemes and the coaches learn how to coach well.
