It's the longest time of year before more football.
Well, technically, the most exciting part of the football season starts next weekend. But once again, the Bills aren't part of it. So, those of us who define our football experience by being Bills fans are stuck waiting 9+ months for any football that really counts.
And with all the off-season needs, plus the prospect of either another year of Jauron or a brand new coach starting over, it's extremely difficult to get excited about the upcoming season. Yes, the Falcons, Ravens, Jets and Dolphins all had great turnarounds this year, but what makes anyone think that this incompetent Bills FO can pull off the same thing this upcoming year?
It's difficult enough to wait so long for more meaningful football. It's even more difficult when Buffalo's prospects are so dim.
