    Final Bills Team rankings

    Just researched our final offensive and defensive team rankings.

    DEFENSE:
    14th overall (326 yds allowed per game)
    14th in points allowed (21.4 per)
    22nd vs run (121.6)
    13th vs pass (204.4)
    27th in Interceptions (10)
    29th in sacks (24)

    OFFENSE:
    25th overall (305.1 ypg)
    23rd in points (21.0)
    21st in Pass yards (190.0)
    14th in Rush yards (115.1)

    One good stat: Only 538 penalty yards, second best in the NFL.

    Overall, another very mediocre/Dick Jauron’ish year for Buffalo on both sides of the ball.

    We were in the top half of the NFL on defense?

    Didn't look like it.

    Wow.

    W/O good run blocking and consistent QB play we'll continue to be mired at or near the bottom in terms of offense. So that stat was predictable.

            Yeah but we awere in the bottom half in interceptions, sacks, and win/loss record. Very telling stats that go hand in hand.

              But we were in the top half on points allowed which is the most important stat anyways.

              Sure I'd love for that number to come down a few points because if you can limit the opposition to under 20 points per game, you're gonna win more games than you lose.

              UNLESS

              You have the worst offense in football to go along with it

              But generally when your defense excels in the points allowed category, you have a competent offense that can sustain drives, control clock and score points.

                Top 3 picks DE, OLB, DE should fix this unit.

                OFFENSE:

                Gotta get improved QB play here... Simply not giving up on the primary receiver so early could be all we need from that position. The only other changes I see is interior O-line and coordinator.

                        It certainly helps when you give up 86 yards passing in the last game of the season solely based on the weather conditions
