Allen, thanks for hosting these chats every week. They are much appreciated, even if it gives us the chance to reflect on the losses. With the Jets, Lions, and Browns firing their coaches today, do you think Ralph will still wait the two weeks he said he would to make a decision? I want to see Jauron fired, but I'd prefer Ralph not letting him twist in the wind. That will only show prospective coaches that the Bills are a second class organization.

From what I've heard, Ralph and his front office people are discussing Jauron's fate as we chat. I doubt seriously that Ralph will let the questions about the coach linger for too long.

The Lions are the joke of the NFL and even they were more decisive than the Bills.

Seriously, with the scrutiny that Jauron is under, the FO should have had the balls and the decision-making ability to have a press conference first thing this morning to either fire him or announce that he's still the coach (hopefully the former). But as usual, these idiots do everything half-assed and have no sense of timing or urgency.

Ralph Inner Circle Meetings should play out like this;

Ralph points at Brandon and says "Fired", points of Guy and says "Fired", points at Modrak and says "Beg for Mercy", and points at Overdorff and says "You stay".

Seems pretty simple to me! Then he agrees with himself to fire DJ and the entire staff.
