    NFL notes

The Raiders took the final step in bringing back an intact offensive line from last season by re-signing starting right guard Mo Collins on Wednesday, Collins' agent said.

Collins, 26, signed a six-year, $17.5 million deal that includes a $400,000 bonus. He will make approximately $1 million this coming season.

Collins started the 10 regular-season games he played last season and 54 of the 61 he appeared in during his five NFL seasons. He also started both playoff games and the Super Bowl last season. The Raiders drafted Collins with the second of their two first-round draft picks in 1998.

He became an unrestricted free agent after last season and attempted to find a more lucrative offer from one of the league's 31 other teams. He received tepid interest from the New York Jets and Carolina Panthers, according to his agent and various reports, but no offers.
