Otis Wiley-S-Michigan State

Height: 6'2
Weight: 210
40: 4.56
Pros:
-Leadership
-Tackling
-Size
-Instincts
Cons:
-Run Support
-Speed
-Blitzing
-Raw
Overall:
Wiley is one of the most underrated prospects in this entire draft. He quietly made play after play after play for Michigan State this past year and got little credit from any major draft site. To this moment he is still being underrated, by most except for this draft expert. Wiley spent his Sophmore and Junior years as a FS but during his senior year moved to SS. No matter where they put him he made plays. He is a field general out there directing his defense and is a sure tackler on the second level. His best attribute though may be his instincts. He reads the QB and jumps routes consistently. One place Id like to see Wiley improve at is in the box Run Support. He's also not even a good blitzer, and his speed may keep him at SS permanently in the NFL. He's also a little raw having only played one year at SS.
Stats:
2008-78 Tackles, 2 TFL, 0 Sacks, 4 INT, 7 PD, 2 FF, 1 QBH
2007-49 Tackles, 1 TFL, 0 Sacks, 4 INT, 5 PD, 1 FF
2006-94 Tackles, 6.5 TFL, 1 Sack, 10 PD, 1 FF, 1 QBH
2005-18 Tackles, 1 TFL, 1 Sack, 1 INT, 1 FF, 1 QBH
Career-239 Tackles, 10.5 TFL, 2 Sacks, 9 INT, 22 PD, 5 FF, 3 QBH
Bowl Games:
2008-7 Tackles, 1 FF v. Georgia
2007- 2 Tackles v. Boston College
