All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

Looks like the Bills are confirming Edwards' shoulder injury now....
Re: Looks like the Bills are confirming Edwards' shoulder injury now....
Ouch, did you read that article on WGR550.com? He's definitely another Tim Connolly!
During Trent Edwards' collegiate career, his right shoulder took plenty of abuse.
In 2003, Edwards suffered a right shoulder contusion against Washington State and missed two additional games.
In 2004, Edwards sprained his right shoulder against Oregon and then re-injured the same shoulder later that season which caused his to miss two games.
In 2005, Edwards sustained a neck/right shoulder stinger against California and re-injured his shoulder against Notre Dame later in the season.
In 2006, Edwards was not able to go 100% in spring drills due to his right shoulder.
Edwards also broke a bone in his right foot during his senior season and the overall pounding he received at Stanford caused some scouts to worry about his durability. During his brief NFL career, Edwards has missed games in both 2007 (wrist) and in 2008 (thigh - preseason, concussion, groin).

I can see it now. We'll continue to dink and dunk to get the ball out of the qbs hands quick in order to protect him from getting hit. Another offense next year ! Wooohooo!

Connolly would have been pronounced DOA behind Standford's line. This was the exact issue why he fell in the draft. Edwards is a tough SOB but any man who endures that kind of beating is bound to have lingering injury issues.
He wasn't exactly what I call "protected" this year either.
Re: Looks like the Bills are confirming Edwards' shoulder injury now....
I guess we are seeing why he lasted till the 3rd round, Injury prone, he has played in to few a games to have missed almost 8 games in 2 seasons
This is not a good sign, im not sayin he is done or anything but we sure as hell better be getting a qb in the first 3 rds now, and sign a vet
Trent is just to unreliable back there health wise
more **** to deal with this offseason just keeps getting better and better

Maybe this shoulder injury is why he didn't try to go deep too often. It hurts him more to throw farther.....

No, Bills fans are just doing what they do best... overreact.
“We sent Trent for a routine MRI on his shoulder during his year-end physical because he had complained of some soreness. He did not miss any playing time and there was no lack of strength in his shoulder due to the soreness. He has scheduled visits with a couple of doctors this week and we will know more at that time.”
This is huge. I have no more on it than what I've written.
