They're sloppy, they're not getting pressure. Lalime gave up a sloppy goal and almost gave up a 2nd one. That PP was lackluster, Spacek never even challenged Havlet. Is Vanek even playing tonight? They're taking ****ty shots and too many are getting blocked.

I was just thinking that- during the playoffs in the Presidents' Cup year, they struggled because they were always making one too many passes in the defensive zone trying to start the breakout, and because they weren't winning battles on the dump in/forecheck. Well, they're STILL doing the same ****ing garbage two years later.

I remember being on this board during that year and telling everybody that this team just didn't have enough heart/grit/leadership and I got bashed by most on here. Then last year came and I got bashed again for being negative about this team. Well, guess what? This team has the same crappy players and they look the same. Hey, but everybody hates to hear the truth...the truth is, these players aren't good enough and this FO needs to move a few of them to make a difference.
