    Jim Schwartz to Detroit

DETROIT -- The Detroit Lions agreed on a four-year deal Thursday with Tennessee defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz to be their next coach.

Schwartz will attempt to lead a turnaround for the NFL's first 0-16 team. The Lions fired Rod Marinelli two weeks ago and interviewed several candidates, including Dolphins assistant head coach Todd Bowles.

people can knock the lions and rightfully so, and i understand we tried our luck with a tennesse D coordinator but this could be a real good thing for the lions and they do have a couple players on the team (calvin johnson and ernie sims are sick!) hopefully he can turn them around, when playing well they are one of the higher revenue teams and have a huge market, how it got this bad with matt millen at the helm we will never know but may the schwartz be with them!
