Knight lowers demands

Free-agent safety Sammy Knight isn't necessarily seeking a long-term deal, and his original demands, considered much too high by the Dolphins, have come down significantly, a source said.
The Dolphins and Green Bay Packers are talking to Knight, who opted out of the final year of his contract with the New Orleans Saints.
The Dolphins have about $1 million more in cap room than the Packers, but both teams still must sign their draft picks. Knight could opt to wait until after the June 1 cuts to see if the market improves
