Jauron has been here 3 years. During that time, Gruden has won a whopping 1 more game than Dickie Boy.

After his SB victory in year one, he's basically gotten worse the following 6 years and the Glazer family had enough of him and GM Bruce Allen. Gruden HATES QB's and changes them more than his boxers, which screws a team.

I think he's semi nuts and would never want him to replace Jauron. We'll have better options.

I agree but that's not saying much.

Gruden can't commit to a QB and that screws a team in the worst way. The record over the last few years should be far better with that talent. The Glazers have a case.

Stability isn't his bag and outside of Barber & Brooks, he basically dumped everybody who didn't see things his way. How did that work out ? Check the won/loss column the last few years for the Bucs. They vastly underachieved.

Jauron might be a worse DC then he is a HC. He is a 7-9 head coach and like an average 21st overall defense DC.

The worst part of Dickey being around is that he is rubbing off on the players and specifically Edwards. Him coming back might be the worst thing possible for Edwards' career and he doesn't even know it. The attitude that these players have started to show is scary...none of them seem to care that much about losing!

I'm not a Gruden fan at all. I think he's an opportunist that can come in and handle a team well that was built up by the previous coach, but has a poor track record of keeping that same team running well.

He also seems to lack patience with talent at QB. Swapping QBs back and forth creates controversy and spite.
