Tampa did have a pretty big collapase at the end of the year (all they had to do was beat oakland at home to get in the playoffs!) but im still surprised he got fired, especially since that its been a few weeks since their season ended

Gruden could really give the Bills a good kick in the ass and turn things around........but we have Jauron, so **** Gruden.......and i think i'm gonna cry now.

Jauron has been here 3 years. During that time, Gruden has won a whopping 1 more game than Dickie Boy.

After his SB victory in year one, he's basically gotten worse the following 6 years and the Glazer family had enough of him and GM Bruce Allen. Gruden HATES QB's and changes them more than his boxers, which screws a team.

I think he's semi nuts and would never want him to replace Jauron. We'll have better options.

You can't compare Jauron to Gruden. Gruden is 100% a better coach then Jauron.

I agree but that's not saying much.

Gruden can't commit to a QB and that screws a team in the worst way. The record over the last few years should be far better with that talent. The Glazers have a case.

Stability isn't his bag and outside of Barber & Brooks, he basically dumped everybody who didn't see things his way. How did that work out ? Check the won/loss column the last few years for the Bucs. They vastly underachieved.
