he's a good dc, but the majority of good dc's are bad coaches their rookie year.

Rex Ryan is still a possibility though. I don't want him to go there either.

At least with a guy like Spagnuolo, you have some realistic hope that things will improve. With Jauron, you pretty much know what you've got.
