Any good high school coaches around One Bills Drive ?
They would fit in just fine.

Why would Houston do that? Thanks anyway. Ralph can now find somone cheaper.

wooohoooo! John Allaire will be our next DL coach. He doesn't have experience so he's a perfect fit.

Kollar didn't do squat for the D-line anyways. Good riddance.

He could only do so much with 2 high motored white guys at DE.

I'm also sure he didn't choose the cover 2 system that utilized undersized players . With the addition of Spencer and Stroud the Dl improved since getting rid of Anderson . The loss of Aaron was a huge against the run.

Who knows though? Kollar was a coach who yelled at his players. maybe our players will repsond better to a nice coach like Dick.

Thanks, Houston for doing what Dick didn't have enough balls to do.

Let's see what happens when he gets mario williams and okoye to work with...

Ralph is right.. It IS talent as much as it is coaching.

SO who's on deck to replace him? I can hardly wait? OH wait, this is a Jauron staff. It will be a Lion or Bears coach.

Tim Anderson isn't on an active roster.
