2 of those teams "below" us at least had one great year, a year they made the Super Bowl (Ariz, Oakland)

Another 3 teams at least made the playoffs once (Cinci, Clev, SF)

Which leaves only Detroit and Houston as meaningless as us. And Houston didnt even have a team until 2002.
