Overall:
Davis is an intriguing prospect for a couple of different reasons. One is because he is a top ranked QB but is it due to his skill or just the complete and utter lack of any QB depth this year? Davis has a killer arm, above average athleticism, and his throwing motion is quick and compact. What's not to like about him? Well Ill tell you, he is turnover prone at this point. He has horrible ball security while running with the football and will make poor decisions in his reads, then again there isnt a QB in the class that excels in this department. Davis will have to add some bulk and really play much bigger than his size in his workouts. He should put up nice combine stats which will help but there will be questions about playing at Ball State and can he learn a full NFL playbook.
