I will admit, the players seem to take a liking to him.. I atleast want to see him play before we bring in somebody else. Why not? What do we have to lose? I was actually listening to that when he said it, and Hasselbeck was talking about how Gibran was NFL Europe Offensive player of the year, and Hasselbeck seemed to genuinely think he had what it took to win. He had been speaking about guys who had all the physical tools to do the job, but couldnt put it all together (all i was thinking at the time was "ooooo JP"), then he went to this.

for sure he knows talent, but he's not what i would consider an elite q.b. in this league and i would tend to question his thoughts about his opinion of Hamdan. Now i'm not saying that Hasselbeck is necessarliy wrong, but it is only one man's opinion from a washed-up and used q.b......with health issues.
