Store Manager - Buffalo Bills/Ralph Wilson Stadium (Rochester, NY)
This position is with Erie Sportservice, the food & beverage and retail merchandise provider for Ralph Wilson Stadium, home of the Buffalo Bills. This position is not with the Buffalo Bills Football Team. Please do not call the Buffalo Bills Football Team about this position.
Unit Summary: This position is located at the Buffalo Bills Team Store in the Eastview Mall in Rochester, NY, a retail location of Erie Sportservice at Ralph Wilson Stadium. Ralph Wilson Stadium has been the home of the Buffalo Bills for over 30 years. This facility holds approximately 73,000 guests with 142 Luxury Suites and 8 Club areas. Sportservice currently operates Fine Dining, Premium Seating, Suites, Catering, Concessions, Merchandise and a Training facility. Projected revenues for the Team Store and Training Camp are approximately $600k.
Your Role: This position is responsible for overall store operations including driving sales for the Eastview Mall store and Bills Training Camp. Specifically: Responsible for store merchandising, product display, inventory levels and store cleanliness. Hire, train, schedule and manage the performance of all associates and managers to consistently meet the required standards. Manage and drive store sales results. Challenge and inspire sales associates and management team members to achieve sales, and company initiatives. Manage payroll through evaluating business trends, forecasting sales, flexing schedules (including managers) to meet the needs of the business. Preparing all reconciliations and deposits for the store as well as reporting shortages/overages. Demonstrate and inspire a strong Guest Service ethic in a selling environment. Responsible to report sales; markdowns, and gross margin weekly to Retail Manager.
