If he gets inspired about that 1 guy who says he sucks, I'm gonna hound him at camp and tell him we think his sack total in 06 was a fluke. He only looks above average because the guy opposite him sucks. He couldn't do squat after all the talk he made about aquiring Stroud is only gonna make the others better. "hey Aaron, no wonder why you're not the Capt of the D, you don't act or play like it"

I'm gonna piss him off like I do a lot of posters and mods here. Of course I'll be hiding behind Mikey .

I'm ready for him to silence me too. Of course, I've been waiting two years now.

I hope Schobel does ''prove the doubters wrong.'' When healthy, Schobel is a top ten DE.

He supposedly been ready for years now... well, were still waiting.

Wait, someone fire the gun or say "go".

True, he's in the top ten out of the people on our team.

“I guess I have to have the stats just to shut everybody up and that’s my motivation,” he said. You are the RDE. You are supposed to make plays. You are the one who should shut up. Shut up and make plays. Oh course if you want to play the air guitar, or something, after a sack and forced fumble, then that would be OK too.

One would think his motivation would be winning. Or money. Or at the very least, being a good teammate.

The Bills organization gave him 2 big contracts, the 2nd a result of overpaying Kelsay (why ?) and having to massage his ego.

Since then, he's gone from All-Pro to All-Whirlpool and hasn't done much of anything. He always got his sacks in spurts... 3 in one game against a bad OT and then vanished for 4 weeks. I hated his super wide rushes, where RB's would run inside of him and get 8 yards with ease. Too light and cannot anchor.

I'll believe it when I see it.

Another typical Chris Brown article.

Schobel has always been very over rated. Been saying that one for years.

he has never dictated a game and has rarely made any game changing plays. Pair him up with a real probowl worthy DE and he would be effective

I would trade this cocky ******* in a second, even if he comes back from the injury and gets his garbage time sacks, it doesnt make up for the 3 quarters of the game were he is getting pushed out of the way on run plays and not providing a consistent pass rush even without the sack
Sorry he is 32 and has a bad wheel
let him prove the doubters wrong on another team
I am completely sick of this DE situation to many high motor guys and not enough play makers.
We need to get nasty on D not quiet reserved and shy
He does nothing for the community here and we have made him a very rich man yet he is on the first plane back to Texas every chance he gets
I say trade the tree farmer for a 3rd or 2nd and move on

He better buy a lot of duct tape. His play will never do it.

Schobel - YOU SUCK. No really, you do. You're past your prime and overpaid.

The good news is that you are finally seeing what I saw a year ago. The "improve the DTs and the DEs will be better argument" fell apart quickly.

The worst part of this story hasn't even played out yet. I promise you that Schobel will not be healthy in 2009.
