    Fake FG appears in FOX commercial!

    In Week One of the 2008 season Buffalo’s special teams successfully orchestrated a fake field goal attempt in which Brian Moorman took the snap, stood up and threw a touchdown pass to a wide open Ryan Denney for a touchdown to all but ensure a season opening victory (34-10). The game, which aired on FOX, appeared four months later on one of the network’s promos for their new drama ‘Lie to Me.’

    they should show the missed field goal....wide right still haunts me all these years.

                No, I haven't seen it. I don't watch that show, either. Which makes me mad that I'm just getting this update from the Bills site in my email now.

                    seriously, i've seen the commercial many, many times......and although the fake field goal is a brief highlight to an otherwise disappointing and useless season, it does not negate the fact of a down-turn to a once bright and productive team, that was once soooooooooo close to their first superbowl win.

                          Ya that's the stupid thing, they aired that commercial throughout the playoffs. It's just so slow and bb.com is so desperate for a story they are just talking about it now because there is nothing else to talk about at the moment.
