Sabres announce ticket prices for 2009 playoffs And 2009-10 season tickets

The Buffalo Sabres announced today their pricing for the 2009 NHL Playoffs, along with season ticket prices for 2009-10.

Season ticket holders who renew for the 2009-10 season by Friday, March 20, will receive a 20% discount off the purchase price for each playoff game. The discount will be credited to the season ticket holders’ account for next season. Season ticket holders who renew for next year will realize a savings in excess of 65% off the playoff ticket window price.

All season ticket prices for the 2009-10 year will increase by 5%. In addition, the club will continue to offer variable pricing for all individual game tickets next season.

as if it wasnt too eexpensive to go to games as it were... good for the team though... even if i cant afford to go to the games there are plenty of others who can, and as long as there's a waiting list for season tickets and they sell out all their games there is no reason prices shouldnt go up
