why do they fire coaches for the front office building a ONE LINE Team?

At least they have one line...Why would they fire Ruff when the front office built a no line team?

Cause No one would submit a resume to coach here, so if they fire ruff, they have no one to take his spot, coaches will refuse to step up here :p

I believe the best part is about this is the GM is to blame for most of it.

They lost a TON of players during the off-season and some NHL fans said that the Pens would struggle. Some fans said that you can plug anybody into those spots as long as Crosby and Malkin are there. You know, players like Satan.

I guess that isn't working out so well now.
