    Is it true?

    At the 2007 NFL draft when the Bills were on the clock with the 12 th pick in the 1st round the Cleveland Browns called hoping to trade up to the 12th spot so they could take Brady Quinn?

      Would that imply that no other team took the call until the team they traded up with at what.... 21?

            that happened afterwards

            they'd have given up a R2 and R3 in '07 and they're R1 in '08 as they gave this to Dallas
