Well since it's reported he wasn't driving...was it BWB? i.e. Breathing While Black?

It makes you wonder why he was pulled over in the 1st place.

I thought it was a parked and a group of guys in it

a group of people waiting in a car usually means a goup of people waiting for a package to be delivered in certain parts of cities.

a group of black men with dreads and lots of gold raises suspicion especially in certain parts of town

It makes you wonder why he was stupid enough to be in a car with a loaded firearm so close in time to his previous run in with the authorities.

Stop trying to justify the unjustifiable.

there is an ignore feature if that is what you mean.

Maybe Lynch is guilty of hanging out with known thugs.

and wow.. to no ones surprise.. they had a loaded gun in the car that was not registered.

wonder where that stereotype comes from..

great job, Pacman Lynch, for perpetuating the stereotype.

I'm just thankful to the LAPD that they're going after the real criminals. That's why LA is so safe these days.

carrying a loaded unregistered weapon apparently is not a felony in your neighborhood.:poop:

Marshawn is guilty of very poor judgment.

Black, white, purple, blue, red, orange, yellow...it doesn't matter...he is guilty of being one dumb person!

There is no evidence to suggest that it was in any way racial, but thanks for trying to stir up the race issue.

No, Lynch is guilty of having a concealed weapon in his trunk without a permit, which is a felony. Course he'll plead it down.

People that assume that the search was illegal are showing prejudice of their own...prejudice against the cops. There is absolutely no evidence that racial profiling occured in this case. There is no reason to jump to that conclusion.

Being black is no defense.

And no matter what else, he is still guilty of the offense. Any technicality or loop-hole that he can find to squirm his way out of this doesn't erase that fact. If he wasn't doing anything wrong, he wouldn't have anything to worry about. OJ was guilty of killing two people while black, and he got off because of that last part.

Also, this is an ongoing felony police investigation. Do cops usually make public statements about all the facts in the case before it plays out in court? I didn't think so. So just because we haven't heard why Lynch was being questioned doesn't mean that there wasn't a good reason.

I love random cries of racism. I really, really do.

Same here, I'm thinking about purchasing a gun myself but I plan on getting a permit for it!
