How come they have not said who was driving yet? Please don't say the car was parked, no one was driving. The car was running and you can get a DWI that way and the person sitting behind the wheel wasn't just sitting there to sit.
Lynch's license is revoked in NY, does that apply for California also?Comment

There was no marijuana in the car. If there was, Lynch would have been charged for it. It was his car and he's responsible for what's in it. But this can be proven if the officers collected the "blunts" and tested them for marijuana. Otherwise it's the cops fabricating a story to give them probably cause to search the car.Comment
