Got to say I was impressed with a lot of what coach Jauron had to say here at the Combine in Indy.

While I wasn’t surprised that he took fault for some of the team’s shortcomings this past season, I liked that he and his staff are already in the process of addressing some of those issues mentioned by Mr. Wilson and fans.

What was more impressive was his acknowledgement of the fan frustration about how the season unfolded. It’s clear that he feels just as disappointed as the fans do about 2008 and there’s a determination there to make things right that I haven’t seen in him before.

I know wins will ultimately be what convinces those in the fan base, but it’s clear he respects the fans’ passion for the team and their frustration.

and saying we need to be better on defense and score more on offense as our biggest offseason needs DUHHHHHH doesnt everyone have to do that in order to win games

Sirius played some clips and Jauron also stressed the importance of getting a vet QB in FA this year.

Uh- no Dick. That playoff spot is what we wanted the last couple of years. On your 4th year we want to be fighting for the AFC crown and win the sb the next year.

This is the biggest non-story so far this offseason. Who in the hell cares what Dick says? Its what he does that matters, and he hasnt gotten it done. Prove it on the field.

The only guy that matters right now is the one writing the checks for the players. Step up, get serious, or shut up and admit that you are leading us into defeat.

Right now we are in player mode... we are supposed to be getting the ingredients. I will care about what Dick has to say when he starts cooking... That will be in OTA's and training camp, but more importantly when we start playing for real again.

He is the same loser HC he was last year and will be this year. Honestly, no matter what he says, it doesn't matter....he just isn't a very good HC!
