Free Agent Names to add to the mix

This board seems to get fixated on the same 5-10 players everyone wants to bring in. Here are some names worth thought, we may not have considered.

LB- Napoleon Harris- Was a solid linebacker for the Raiders, and has faded some in Minnesota, but I believe he still has starting talent.

DT/DE- Chris Canty- He would be a solid part of our DT rotation, and play DE in spot duty.

S- Atari Bigby- He is a RFA, but he is a solid safety who has decent range and experience.

WR- Justin McCareins- He is getting a little long in the tooth, but he can be a great stop gap while Hardy and Johnson continue to develop.

TE- Leonard Pope- Not a game breaker by any means. He is a massive target with good hands. We need a TE that can catch.

    Comment, rip me apart, discuss.

I think the Leonard Pope pick up would be interesting to me. I feel like in our offense he would be more effective than he was in Arizona with players like Boldin, Fitzgerald, and even Breaston getting all the touches. We all know Trent loves to throw to the tight end and running back, so I think he could do pretty well here.
SUPER MARIO PLEASE COME TO BUFFALO!!!!

I like Canty. He would be a nice addition to our D-line.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

Canty definitely would be a nice addition to the rotation. I think he can play and would get more opportunity here then he has been given in Dallas.

Canty is ok, but I am surprised no-one is mentioning Mike Wright of the Patriots who would be a great run stopper at LE, has shown a little potential to get to the QB and can move inside on passing downs

McCareins would not be an upgrade, Bigby won't get out of GB, Harris is too slow.

Id say the best way to improve our team is get Eric Barton, Leonard Pope, and Rocky Bernard.
