A possibility at SS?

Having fractured his forearm twice last season, and being discontented with his role in the Cowboys defence, there are rumours that Roy L Williams may be cut loose.

If Whitner is moved to FS, will Williams fit the Bills Tampa 2 scheme and would he be worth making a run at?

At only 28, but a good 225lbs, I'd like to see him in our secondary if there was a chance.

Roy Williams is possibly the most over-rated player in the NFL. He SUCKS in coverage, which is half the game at the safety position. No thanks. He's not a good enough tackler to be a LB, either.

no thanks to him, i like sean jones or gibril wilson and phillips
all would be major upgrades in our scheme and listening to Fewell's comments i am starting to believe that maybe they are looking to upgrade our SS spot since they wiffed big time on the 8th overall pick with Whitner
i like Scott alot there but he is not a take away SS he is an in the box SS
also he would give us awesome depth and ST play

He is terrible...Before the injury, Dallas drafted a SS to take most of his on-field time this year....The injury was more of a saving grace for him as he was clearly being phased out of that team. He is one of the worst cover safeties I think I have ever seen. I say no thanks.
