please feel free to name a few
but this guy has given boat loads of money to undeserving players left and right and us the fans suffer thru watching these bums laugh all the way to the bank
Guy has defintly missed more than he has hit, please name me one impact free agent he signed beside TKO that helped us bigtime?

i for one was tired of the tackles 5 yards down feild and then a celebration following
but john Guy has really **** the bed here, how he still has a job is very very interesting to me

look.. this is the thing.. dockery did have a great season the year before we signed him with the skins.. that is a fact.. he had always been solid, just not spectactular. and he was not awful with us his first year. for whatever reason, he was terrible last year, and the bills took the steps to cut their losses asap.

i dont think there is a need to blame anyone here.

so not making the playoffs for 10 yrs and john guy being our director of player personnel (incharge of free agents) isnt a good person to blame beside RW come on
we have signed nothing but lemons
and Dockery his first year was avg at best u make 7mil a season u need to be dominant go watch how Steve Hutchinson plays football
john Guy is a major major reason we have failed here, he not be at the top but he is 3 down from it and his job solely is free agents and depth what we dont have either depth

the sole blame lies with Ralph Wilson for everything, but he doesnt have much to do with day to day operations anymore especially with TOm D, and his staff and john guy is in charge of Free agents
so blame who u want but John needs to go his evaluation process is awful

Great post BB. The scouting department has stayed untouched until this year since 2000. Biggest draft busts on their watch, bad free agency pick ups, etc. They need some real change in their group and get real talent evaluators who knkow what they are doing.
