    Hangartner vs. Fowler

Wasn't Fowler a highly thought of backup center in Minnesota before coming here and being below average? Hope Hangartner isn't the same old ****. Im pretty pissed that Jason Brown isnt being mentioned much for the Bills, but it figures.

I know it has been mentioned, but dont you get the feeling that other teams are going after him much harder than our team? It just makes no sense to me how you cut Dockery and then let his best possible replacement go somewhere else with all the money they have to spend.

Well you do know Simmons is in Buffalo right? If he passes tests on his achilles there is your replacement.

Jason Brown pretty much blew off Buffalos request for a visit, which isn't hard fact, but a rumbling going around. He is heading to St. Louis. Rumors have it he ain't leaving St. Louis without a contract.

This is depressing but I haven't found any other brown reports anywhere accept for that this one.

I'm not saying Hangartner will be great but how is he a retread? He's 26. A retread is someone who is old and on his last legs IMO.

I know Simmons is here man, but come on he had one of the worst injuries that made one of our best players (Spikes) look like I could play in the NFL. We all know that injury takes a really long time to recover from. Do you honestly feel better about a recovering achilles injured guard and hangartner than what we had last year?

Before you tell me how great Spikes was this year I already know that, but how many years did it take him to return to form?

until ralph kicks the bucket we will be dealing with this... Until Buffalo gets new ownership and has a re-newed outlook from the rest of the NFL the Bills are not going to much of anything or be attractive to anyone who really has a choice.

its not the city it's the ownership and fact that we haven't done much right in over a decade...new ownership ne FO andnew attitude and energy from the franchise is desperately needed

I think its prety obvious to us all now... and for others its been obvious for quite awhile

Umm I don't think an interior Linemen needs as much speed and agility as a LB, WR, RB ETC. If he checks out he's fine with me.

OL puts a ton of pressure on their achilles and feet that injury sucks no matter what position you play.

I know this but the overall speed and agility needed is far less than the positions I mentioned. If his achilles checks out I am fine with him.

No a Retread is a guy that wasn't good enough for his current team to want to keep him.

If he was indespensible he wouldn't be a free agent.
