Tim Graham was on WGR today and said the Bills have a real shot at Coles, but acknowledged the Miami connection with Pennington is real.

Funny thing is, I was just watching the NFL network and they started talking about Coles and they said that nobody knows where he is and that he gave up over 6 million for this year and nobody leaves that kind of money on the table if he doesn't have a deal in the works. Then they said that they can't believe he isn't already in Miami. Nothing, I mean NOTHING about the Bills or him being in Buffalo. If he is in Buffalo, then how do they NOT know?

Coles would be perfect for a short term fix while Hardy and Stevie Johnson develop...the more and more I think about it the more and more I really hope we work this thing out. Then we can get that TE and BAM...all of a sudden we have a decent offense...IF...Trent keeps progressing. And can get his **** together against a 3-4 defense.

PS....do you think we cut a Reed or Parrish in order to make more room for Coles if he is signed?
