      Washingtons making up for last years FA.

      I still laugh when i think of the year they dave Deion Sanders a 7year 56million dollar contract. And Jeff Geogre a 3 year 18 million one. I beleive it was in 2000.

              last free agency they didnt go much, and this year they restructured andre carter and chris samuels as well as the NFL salary cap got increased by 4 million this year.

                Ok, so he went from 7 mil a year with us, to 5 mil a year with them. Did we offer him a restructured deal?
