MY Final Coles Update Of the Evening.

This is my final (likely anyway) L. Coles update for the day.

7:20pm: The only thing I can tell you at this time that is 100% certain, is that the MIami Dolphins are not even interested in signing him. I have a source I trust greatly, who has a source at the Palm Beach Post that he considers extremely reliable. So any reports you have read about him being linked to Miami is inaccurate. He's not going to be a Dolphin.

My thinking based on reports and some information is that Coles is mulling over a Bills offer, possibly waiting to see if another team calls with another offer, and though it was reported Coles decision would be today, it will likely drag into tomorrow.

At this point, I would be extremely surprised if he's not a Buffalo Bill by this time tomorrow. In fact, Im going to go ahead and officially predict he's having a press conference here by Monday afternoon. If I'm wrong, It won't be the first time.. But I am now VERY confident he's going to be a Bill- more than any other time since FA started.

And yes, I know about the Bengals. I knew there was another team besides Miami, or his signing would've happened already.

I know we have made Coles an offer.. That much I know.

If we were to end up losing out on a player that we're after to the freegin Bengals, then this franchise is in more trouble than any of give credit for, including myself.

I know NOTHING about the Bengals or Clayton's report.

As a Bills fan, the only thing that would potentially worry me is that Coles isn't signed yet, and now I know for certain the Dolphins werent in the mix.

i wish we could find out something about simmons. he is a much bigger FA based on our needs than Coles is.. IMHO.
