Griese stinks anyways. IMO Fielder is the better QB. Griese is more "flashy" player but Fielder doesn't make mistakes and wins games. Griese might make couple nicer passes but will throw much more INT's and over throw many WR's.

Also, Brian playing under his dad's shadow in Miami will kill him, couple mistakes and the press will be over him for not being as good as Bob..... Griese won't lead them to the playoffs.
