3 pts down with 2 games in hand.... granted it sucks, but thats hardly anything to get worried.. now if we mass sell, or just sit on our hands while the other teams are buyers...... then you can panic

Considering how fast this team started the season it is sad to see how far they fell. The "stars" of the team got their long term contract and have been on cruise control ever since.
To be in a dog fight for the playoffs and to lose to the Islanders pretty much convinced me this team is playing out the string. A winning team would of stepped up their game when Miller went out however they did the opposite. I will root for them until the end but that doesn't mean I think they will make the playoffs.

You can say what you want, but I can't see the NHL "allowing" the Penguins to miss the playoffs.
