All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!

What a great job by the front office. I love the contract for Geoff Hangartner. He must have really liked it here. We stole him, especially if he is as good as many people say he can be!

2/28/2009: Signed a four-year, $9.6 million contract. 2009: $1.9 million, 2010: $2.35 million, 2011: $2.55 million, 2012: $2.8 million, 2013: free agent.

Why Ryan Fitzpatrick is worth paying over 1 mil per season is beyond me. These contracts man...I bet you he'll get paid more by us than JP Losman will get paid somewhere else.

the going rate for a back up qb is 2-3 million a year. i think what fitz got paid is right in line with what most back ups are expecting and receiving.

I don't see your point. JP is absolutely terrible, and based on his past blunders, he really doesn't deserve to be in the NFL. Of course he should get paid less than any other QB.

It's so awesome the Bills are saving money on FA deals so they can use it for...er...wait, if the Bills aren't going to be any where near the salary cap why should I care that Ralph got a good deal?
I thought winning was what mattered, not fielding the team with the lowest salary.

Poor Ralph is running out of cash. Next year the bills will get to play in MOntreal for a home game aside from toronto. The next year..... Ottawa here we come!!
